Getting in touch with your body with checkins: the armpits

I don’t expect you’ve thought much about your armpits before? 

We don’t even often think of them as a muscular area that can be tense. But it’s like a junction – linking arms and back, arms and shoulders. Tense armpits adds to tension in the neck. Ungripping in the armpit can cause a lovely releasing in all of these areas at once. 

Get in there with your brain and start gently and frequently letting go of armpit tension you don’t need! See this video for how:
